TokenKiln Purchase Contract
Version 2026-09-15-sign

This is an archived true copy of the purchase contract shown at checkout for
every PayPal purchase at or above the published minimum (currently US$25.00).
The live Terms of Service are at https://tokenkiln.com/terms. This contract is
additional to those Terms; it does not replace them.

By checking the box, typing your full name, and continuing to payment, you
sign this contract electronically for the amount entered on the checkout page
and confirm each of the following:

1. You are purchasing prepaid TokenKiln GPU inference. That is a digital
   service. A United States dollar balance is added to your account as soon
   as payment is captured.

2. You ask us to begin supplying the service immediately. You acknowledge
   that once supply has begun you lose any statutory right to withdraw from
   a purchase of digital content or services that would otherwise have
   applied, including the 14-day right of withdrawal available to consumers
   in the EEA and UK.

3. Unused purchased balance is refundable. Email support@tokenkiln.com from
   this account. Balance already consumed by inference is not refundable,
   because the compute has been delivered and cannot be returned.

4. You will not dispute the charge as "product not received" or
   "merchandise not received" after balance has been added to this account
   or after the API has been called with a key issued to this account.

5. You have read the Terms of Service, including the clause on immediate
   supply and refunds, in the version accepted on your account.

6. The name you type is your electronic signature for this purchase, given
   under the Electronic Transactions Act 2000 (NSW) and equivalent
   Australian law. It is not a wet-ink signature.

A record of this contract (time, amount, typed name, IP address, contract
version, and Terms version) is stored with your account, tied to the PayPal
payment, and produced with any statement of account activity.
